Cancellation Policy

Standard Rates

For standard rate bookings, you may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date (2:00 PM WAT).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

Non-Refundable Rates & Packages

Bookings made under special promotional rates, non-refundable rates, or comprehensive packages require full prepayment at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Group Bookings

For reservations of 5 or more rooms, a separate cancellation policy applies. This will be provided in your group contract. Generally, a 30-day notice is required for group cancellations without penalty.
